However, we will need to provide your contact information to the Restaurant that you have placed an Order with so as to allow the Restaurant to process and provide your Order. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you have consented to receiving email or text messages about products or services that might be of interest, FoodX or the Restaurant you have ordered from or booked a table with may contact you about the Restaurant’s services. We or the restaurant may contact you by whichever method or methods you have consented to being contacted by. If you change your mind about being contacted by FoodX or the Restaurant in the future, please let us know by using the contact details set out in paragraph 7 below, or you can unsubscribe from the marketing communications we send you by using the unsubscribe functionality in any marketing communication you receive from us.

3.4. If our business enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.
